I am a T-shaped profile with hands-on experience in technical, commercial, management & strategic roles. I combine creativity with an analytical mindset and executive-level communication skills. I worked inside start-ups, SME's and multi-nationals in many sectors and countries. I'm trilingual Dutch, French & English. I'm always learning, designing, testing & launching new services that are both customer-centric and good for our planet.

As venture builder for My Impact Tool, I help European event agencies anticipate and adapt to the evolving sustainability landscape. We've developed a practical, business-oriented SAAS model that measures, reduces, and reports the impact of events while balancing cost and customer experience. Since 2024 we have reported >200 events for >100 accounts with very positive user feedback. Our solution was adopted by national associations in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Climate change and circularity: contributing to carbon neutrality, the circular economy and sustainable mobility.

I've been working on sustainability innovation in many sectors since 2018. Since 2023 I'm launching My Impact Tool, a SAAS platform that measures any event's CO2 emissions and circular use of materials. Besides many other elements, it maps the mobility of visitors, staff and suppliers. We've included detailed guidelines on how to reduce your carbon footprint and waste. In 2024 we have reported and consulted >200 events from 100 event organisers on these fields. We have in-house expertise in this domain and access to a wide network of external experts.

Since 10 years I coach corporate and SME teams to develop and launch new successful businesses applying customer-centric service design and new business models. Today I'm launching My Impact Tool, a SAAS platform that teaches event organisers to setup sustainable events. We've included detailed guidelines to optimize the sustainability and inclusion of events. We have in-house expertise on both sustainability and events and access to a network of external experts. In 2024, we helped >100 event organisers report >200 events.

It helps to measure, improve and report the event's footprint. It allows all stakeholders to balance cost, customer experience, sustainability and compliance with regulations.
