Impulse4Women is an international NPO. We made up a community of +11K female-led tech startups and more than 5K investors since 2017. We are connecting female - led tech entrepreneurs with investors. We cover since the MVP until the IPO. We match them depending of the sector, geography and maturity. We are also supporting new tech ecosystems offering services from Hackathons, Accelerations programs for startups, curating deal flow for future Pitching sessions, programs for high school students coordinating their ideas with mentoring at the same time, workshops and programs to become a Business Angel, networking events, we are part of FINE a European Commission consortium responsible of doing a research from the Venture Capital European landscape.
Besides I started as a Mentor for the Scaling Up Club for the EIC and for the Women EU Tech program last September 2024, previously I have been a mentor for the UN DP, UN Women, UNWTO - Females in Middle East, etc.

Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.
We are supporting Women Entrepreneurs to access to funding connecting them with investors, addressing the significant funding gap women entrepreneurs face. As being part of a Venture Capital I have an extend networking opportunities, therefore we build bridges between women entrepreneurs and stakeholders like mentors, investors, and industry leaders. We also skill the development of the projects by offering resources and mentorship, to grow their businesses.
Customer experience: hybrid and digital integration, immersive technologies and interaction, personalisation and community building.
By promoting inclusivity in tech and business we are fostering an ecosystem where women's contributions are valued. We are offering online - offline workshops and programs to elevate the female representation in investment decisions. Engaging women investors in its network and helping to reshape the narrative and priorities in funding decisions. We are creating a Female Business Angel ecosystem, we started our first cohort ONLY for females last October 2024, previously we did it for all genders, but we are concern about the few female investors that we have in the ecosystem.
Governance and impact: regenerative business models with lasting impact, cross-sector and local communities’ platforms, profitability and tech access.
We are driving Social Impact Support for Impact Projects as from Impulse4Women we prioritise projects that focus on sustainability, social inclusion, and tackling global challenges, thereby amplifying their reach and effectiveness. Since 2017 we have been using the SDGs to targetize our startups and to be aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly gender equality, economic growth, and reducing inequalities. We can consider our self as a DEI NPO.
