As founder of Școala de Dezvățare, I created the Unlearning Algorithm-a method supporting individuals and teams in shifting limiting mindsets and adopting future-ready skills like emotional intelligence, digital fluency, and resilience. Previously, as General Manager at Bitdefender Romania & Moldova and Director of Entrepreneurship at a major university, I led initiatives connecting SMEs with innovation, VR, and AI-based learning. With Unlearning School I design accessible learning programs focused on emotional intelligence, digital skills (DigComp), and entrepreneurial mindset (EntreComp), targeting adults from diverse backgrounds. I promote inclusive upskilling by offering free microlearning, lead-generation quizzes, and personalized learning paths. My mission is to democratize future skills and empower wider participation in lifelong learning.

Our programs combine hybrid delivery (live + on-demand), digital community features, and real-time interaction to build meaningful learning journeys and strong user communities.
