Over the past 15 years, I have held executive roles across various organizations, focusing on innovation and sustainable business practices.
I also collaborate as an Expert and Mentor with esteemed organizations in this area: European Commission (EIC Accelerator and Transition), EIT Urban Mobility, KIC-Climate, EIT HEI Initiative, XR4ED, GreenSME, SynergistEIC, Foodity, etc.
I work full-time through my consultancy on these initiatives and with SMEs.
As mentioned, I have broad expertise in climate change and circularity, governance and impact, talent and inclusion, as well as in this specific area. It is also important to mention that I am an experienced mentor, having worked with several organizations. I am currently mentoring three international companies that have reached the final stage of the FOODITY program, which focuses on sustainability and social impact. In addition, I have officially received a Mentor Certification through a course offered by the EIT.
Experiences
Climate change and circularity: contributing to carbon neutrality, the circular economy and sustainable mobility.
Broad expertise in this area as an executive, developing circular economy business models, obtaining B Corp certification, and implementing ESG practices. In addition, I have worked in a company as Managing Director providing services such as carbon footprint calculation, reducing scope emissions, and ultimately compensating for the remainder.
I am also an experienced professional in this field, collaborating with leading organizations such as the European Commission (EIC Accelerator), EIT Urban Mobility, KIC-Climate, EIT HEI Initiative, XR4ED, GreenSME, SynergistEIC, FOODITY, and others.
Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.
Upskilling and future Capabilities is a key element of the various EIT organizations I work with. In addition, I have been actively involved in XR4ED, which focuses on accelerating innovation in learning and education through EdTech and extended reality technologies, as well as the EIT HEI Initiative. I also bring accessibility expertise through my work with EIT Urban Mobility, and diversity and inclusiveness remain key focus areas in all calls issued by the European Commission.

Through my expertise in bringing innovations to the market, I focus on creating communities and being highly customer-centric to develop strategies tailored to the target user. This approach is also a key component of my mentoring sessions.
Governance and impact: regenerative business models with lasting impact, cross-sector and local communities’ platforms, profitability and tech access.
I have deep knowledge in creating sustainable business models, while also generating a positive impact on the community and the local ecosystem. This comes primarily through my involvement in the B Corp community, where I led the certification process and established these measures in the company where I was an executive. I am also specialized in optimizing operations and maximizing revenues through technology.

I have experience as an entrepreneur and in scaling up companies, where these areas have been key to our success. We have received several awards for our positive impact practices driven by a clear purpose.
