Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.
Since 2018, I have been leading a programme called "Dones & Events" (Women & Events) at the women's penitentiary centre in Barcelona, where we train inmates in the skills needed for event organisation, with a special emphasis on the values that MICE activities entail (teamwork, individual responsibility, creativity, the value of money, solidarity, empathy, etc.).
Customer experience: hybrid and digital integration, immersive technologies and interaction, personalisation and community building.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, I published a short guide on how to create an effective impact on audiences at online and hybrid events, as well as the main differences between in-person and online events. http://www.linkedin.com/pulse/gu%C3%ADa-pr%C3%A1ctica-para-la-elaboraci%C3%B3n-de-contenidos-eventos-torrents/
