I have supported SMEs and stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical and MedTech sectors through my expertise in market access, health economics, and medical affairs across EMEA and LATAM. As a Co-Founder & CEO of a MedTech startup, I led product validation and business iterations, helping early-stage companies navigate market entry. Additionally, my consulting experience includes collaborating with healthcare providers, blood banks, and policymakers to assess cost-effectiveness and budget impact for medical technologies. My work in health technology assessments (HTA) and engagement with KOLs, regulatory bodies, and industry partners further highlights my role in supporting SMEs in the sector.
