All my professional experience has been focused on CSR. I believe that as a CSR manager or consultant, one must be in a position to advise and support teams. Since 2020, I have been working as a consultant for organisations of all sizes and in different sectors of the events ecosystem. I work with them to structure their strategy and, for those that are more advanced, to build a certified management system or to move towards relevant CSR certification. My clients are venues (large and small), event organisers (festivals, conferences, sports events, etc.), service providers (caterers, logistics, etc.) and tourist destinations. I also run professional training courses on structuring and managing CSR approaches, which enables me to keep up to date with trends in the sector and teaching methods to support change.

Experiences

Climate change and circularity: contributing to carbon neutrality, the circular economy and sustainable mobility.

The various positions I have held have led me to address the issues of decarbonisation of activities and circularity with a wide range of players. I have helped to address these key issues by carrying out risk analyses to highlight the vulnerabilities of organisations, and also from a measurement perspective, by contributing to the production of greenhouse gas emission assessments and the definition of decarbonisation trajectories.

Governance and impact: regenerative business models with lasting impact, cross-sector and local communities’ platforms, profitability and tech access.

Implementing a solid CSR approach requires a profound transformation of organisational models. In my work as a consultant, I make sure that all teams and their governance are mobilised: these are essential conditions for the success of the projects. To achieve this, I pay particular attention to assessing the materiality of the issues at stake and introducing relevant key indicators that enable performance to be assessed over time in order to promote continuous improvement. I then help each process to develop a detailed roadmap specific to its activity.

Other experiences

I have contributed to the implementation of the ISO 26000 standard for French sports organisations. I'm the administrator of "Supporterre", a Nantes-based association that helps raise awareness of environmental responsibility issues in the sports ecosystem and has opened a sports recycling shop where people can buy second-hand sports equipment and clothing. My consultancy work has led me to work on a wide range of CSR issues. In particular, I have been involved in making the Roland-Garros stadium accessible to disabled people, working with associations to improve the facilities plan.
