Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.
I am interested in making sure that products and services support people in their diversity. I have experience working with lived experience advisers and embedding them within every teams and projects. I have also supported Children First in making their services antiracist, as they are supporting migrant and asylum-seeking families. I worked closely with the service users to understand their experience from a race, culture and ethnicity perspective. Another example is supporting the NHS with cultural adaptations of psychotherapy
Governance and impact: regenerative business models with lasting impact, cross-sector and local communities’ platforms, profitability and tech access.
I am a Trustee for Beat, the eating disorder charity and I have experience demonstrating impact and being involved in strategy and governance
