Have worked and supported business and innovation events in the HR space, staring with experience in gatecrashing events as a headhunter than working with accelerators and facilitating new connections between corporates including insurance and telecom (Nationale Nederlanden and Play) followed up by building communities in the international deep tech and other verticals supported by being part of the train the trainer by EIB/EIC.

With three decades of experience in finance, I have focused on supporting companies in Central and Eastern Europe, with a portfolio that includes work with payments providers and financial private equity investors. This experience is complemented by over ten years spent in London, working in sales and advisory roles for financial and technology companies active in Eastern Europe, and builds upon a solid academic background. I possess an extensive understanding of, and network within, the European financial and innovation ecosystem. I am recognized as an expert in evaluating, selecting, mentoring, networking and training teams across various verticals, with a particular focus on deep tech, defense, Industry 4.0, and Smart City. This expertise has been applied to numerous local, regional, pan-European, and global programs. I have also been actively involved in a wide array of ecosystem building projects, particularly in deep tech and the support of academic spin-offs.
