As the founder of "Big Waves of Inspiration," I utilize my entrepreneurial journey to inspire transformation in the tourism sector. My approach focuses on restoring meaning through participatory training and facilitating ecological transitions that align with local challenges. With over a decade in France, I have supported small enterprises in developing sustainable activities based on economic models and cooperative principles. My extensive international experience in hotel management, from apprentice to Vice President in a leading Asian luxury group, enables me to provide valuable insights. Through the podcast (X)perientiel, I identify actionable levers to rethink tourism models and tackle future sector challenges. I also teach at various business and tourism schools and serve as Vice President of Defismed, guiding youth in their life journeys through ecotourism.

As a pioneer of positive tourism, I established the first marine laboratories in luxury hotels in the Maldives and Indonesia, using tourism to educate on environmental preservation. Now back in France for over 10 years, I support companies in developing sustainable activities based on sustainable business models, designing tourism projects with purpose rooted in functional economy principles.
