As the Owner of DWVT BV, designers of meeting programmes, I coached about 15 trainees over the years, from 2001 till 2015.
The joint Venture Orange Gibbon Ltd, Meeting Design in Taipei, Taiwan, makes use of my coaching and experience since 2019.
H2H CoCoA, in Barcelona consults me on a regular basis in the development of their business, and their event programming.
In literally hundreds of projects, I coached clients in the use of Meeting Design Methodology, as managing partner of MindMeeting BV, in the Netherlands.
Executing meeting design courses and trainings, I coached many SME's in developing their position in the market, to get from logistical service in the market of conference and business meetings to a consulting position.
Conducting workshops across the globe, has been part of my work since 2001, covering many aspects of event design and execution, from No Shows, to Increased Participation, from Strategical Design to the Art of Gatherings.

Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.
MindMeetings view on meetings is participant driven. We see meetings as live-communication and not as one way broadcasting. This means that every program will stimulate participation and therefor inclusion. From the 700+ meetings I designed, the majority had learning and development in their core. In our recent book (2023) Meetings, by Default or by Design, 40 examples of meetings and meeting design processes are described. At least 35 of them were taken from my personal track record. I have a 32-yr experience in making meetings vibrant, making meetings productive and making meetings matter.
Other experiences
I am the author of two books on Meeging Design. The above mentioned Meetings, By Default or by Design, (2023) and Into the Heart of Meetings (2013). Not only the intense process of writing a book together with my business partner Mike van der Vijver was extremely valuable. Also the series of Keynotes, courses, trainings and educational assignments guided me to a deep understanding of what meetings and events are and how they function in modern business life. That is a pre-condition in giving the right coaching to those who not only want to make a living in the BE but also seek to materialize innovation. Designing strategic important meetings brings you close to the essence of what a company tries to achieve.
