With a background of 10 years of experience in Finance and Banking, I have had over 80 missions across 20+ countries worldwide performing audits, controls, and supervisions.
This experience has allowed me to help 50+ start-ups and businesses expand to new markets, develop new products, and financially succeed in many industries: Education, Fintech, AI, Sustainability, and Retail.
In addition, I am a mentor for Maltaccelerate coaching start-ups on Finance, Business Development & ESG topics. We help talented entrepreneurs and startups expand in Europe and bring innovative solutions in the transition towards more sustainable societies and net-zero carbon economies.
I have been a mentor for 2 Sustainability hackathon for Sparks for Climate in 2024 (European Commission).

Climate change and circularity: contributing to carbon neutrality, the circular economy and sustainable mobility.
I have led 2 European acceleration programs through Maltaccelerate implementing guidelines from EU and Climate Cik: Sustainability& Blue economy.
I have provided coaching, mentoring and consulting services to several internatinoal start-up projects that aim at carbon neutrality, reducing carbon emissions and improving current energy technologies on Sustainability, Agritech,Cleantech.

I have been a mentor for 2 Sustainability hackathon for Sparksfor Climate in 2024 which is a European Commission Research Project for Citizens.
The projects involved participates from +18 countries and helping the teams to gain insights on the project definition and implementation to successful present to a jury of experts that will select the best European Projects.
To enable teams to develop their skills, I empower each member and highlight areas for improvement.
2 of the teams that I coached during these programs won the Hackathon pre-final selection.
