I have over 20 years of management experience in Marketing, Communication, PR and Event management in Corporate companies. I organized Conventions, Incentive Trips for the Sales and national and international Events (US and China) dedicated to customers. I coordinated pools of external suppliers (business travel operators, event management, catering and international service providers etc).Since 2016 I have been a consultant for Innovation and corporate sustainability and I collaborate in the writing and implementation of European projects mainly on Sustainability topics (Erasmus + and Iterreg).I am a Mentor for various acceleration programs: Unicredit Startlab, Berkley University European Program (Skydeck), Seed for Innovation of the University of Milan.I am a Business coach for EIC (EIASME).I am a trainer for Formaper (Milan Chamber of Commerce) on programs dedicated to Sustainable Tourism. I hold thamatic webinars and one2one coaches for tourism entrepreneurs.

Experiences

Climate change and circularity: contributing to carbon neutrality, the circular economy and sustainable mobility.

I am a trainer and consultant for medium-large companies on sustainability topics (I collaborate with ECOLE, Confindustria Lombardy organizations for education). I have developed a specific training course on the Circular Economy issues structured in training sessions integrated with interfunctional workshops to identify opportunities for transforming processes and products. I contributed to the creation of an Erasmus+ project (CIRCULARVET) approved and launched in December 23.

Talent and inclusion: upskilling and future capabilities, more accessible events and diverse participation.

 

 

I developed for the Chamber of Commerce of Milan a focus dedicated to the themes of Diversity Equity and Inclusion aimed at entrepreneurs in tourism. Customer experience: hybrid and digital integration, immersive technologies and interaction, personalisation and community building.

As part of the mentorship programs, I have followed several startups active in proposing AR/VR and AI solutions to enhance the customer experience and digital platforms for better interaction between tourism companies and travellers.

Governance and impact: regenerative business models with lasting impact, cross-sector and local communities’ platforms, profitability and tech access.

In the training programs mentioned above I address with the participants several topics: The sustainable management of the tourism business, the collaboration with local communities and the development of a territorial tourism. The opportunities to start profitable collaborations with local institutions to maximize ESG impacts are analyzed.
