I have extensive experience mentoring individuals and organizations to achieve their professional and strategic goals while driving growth and operational excellence.As a mentor in a women-focused program, such as relocating within their company to a different country or securing new roles. Additionally, I provided external mentorship through Daleph consultancy, working with SMEs on leadership skills with CEOs. My professional experience includes leadership roles in production and operations management in international pharmaceutical companies. Currently, I am part of a medical devices startup, where I support strategy management and team improvements. I am also a teacher of digital transformation in EAE business school and other schools. My academic background includes: MBA (IESE Business School), HR Transformation and Women's Entrepreneurship (Cornell University), Postgraduate studies in Lean Manufacturing and Data Science and Big Data (MIT).
