I have supported from their inception a start up (SME) in the hospitality training industry. They have redefined hotel training staff in the digital age.

Their AI powered platform turns challenges into opportunities, by providing personalized, adaptive training tailored to meet  every staff member at their own level. It provides personal learning paths, practical skill application, reducing turnover and operational costs, creating an engaging learning experience.

The platform leverages the latest in AI technology, including machine learning, natual language processing, and predictive analytics, to tailor train each hotel member of staff. This AI driven approach allows the sytem to adapt in real time, to individual learning styles, pace & performance, ensuring that every learning path is unique to the member of staff. By continuously analyzing data on progress & engagement, the platform can identify strengths & areas for improvement, offering a truly personalized learning

I have a hotelier for 12 years in international hotel chains mostly in Sales & Marketing as well as Operations.

For the past 26 years I have been immersed in the MICE industry. The first 6 years within the multinational TUI leading their MICE Dept for 6 years with over 30M revenue per year and over 100 members of staff in 6 Spanish destinations.

The following 20 years with my own boutique DMC also in the MICE industry, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona and operating business all over Europe.

I have also been teaching at several Barcelona based universities since 2011.
