Senseway aims to provide a seamless, autonomous experience for everyone, while enhancing the visitor experience for true inclusion in the events sector. Senseway is an indoor and outdoor pedestrian GPS system that enables users to travel independently and prepare their journeys in advance. The impact of Senseway: greater autonomy, increased participation by all sections of the public and a greater commitment to inclusion.

We are collaborating with an international institution Leader in Tourism and Hospitality, to design the assessment tool and its intelligent features, for the measurement of new skills. The service will be offered through a new version of Edulai platform for a more personal and interactive experience during and after the assessment. This way new skills when collaborating with AI, will be assessed and developed; the process will be personal but automated, improving quality of the experience and of the follow up support. This project addresses a key issue in the $439B global event sector: SMEs lack time and resources to implement strategic sustainability, despite growing ESG regulations and pressure to align with planetary boundaries.

We aim to validate the idea that providing SMEs with an accessible materiality assessment tool could transform the market. The pilot involves four Italian SME event suppliers who will attend two 2-hour workshops and test a prototype tool. The goal is to assess whether it helps build capacity and supports strategic, impactful sustainability actions.
