Better Stands by NZCE focuses on climate resilience and sustainability of onsite Business Events promoting the reduction of waste and CO2 emissions through the adoption of reusable exhibition stands and creating an accreditation system for sustainable service providers.

The project drives digitalization by developing an online platform for the accreditation process and the assessment of reusable exhibition stands. The approach significantly reduces the need for assessors to travel, as onsite assessments, will be greatly minimized. By incentivizing exhibitors, service providers and organisers to adopt sustainable practices, Better Stands by NZCE fosters industry-wide education, aligns with global climate goals, and drives systemic change by influencing policies and stakeholders.

Fairly is a young company specialized in crafting and implementing impact softwares for the live music & business events sector.

Its main project is Fairly Score, a highly automated global impact calculator, taking into account carbon emmissions, ecological diversity impact, but alors socio economical aspects of events production. It is the first tool of its kind with such a wide range of observed impacts, which is directly adapted to the different logics of show production (venue management, event organization, artistic tours). After a launch in France at the end of 2024 in the field of live music, Fairly intends to extend this new software to other European countries by 2026, and to the sector of business events.

The goal of HelioSail is to create the most convenient photovoltaic solar panel generator. It can be used for short term events, as well as long-term by companies that want to start producing their own electricity.

During the BE Future acceleration program, we will focus on leveling up the design of our system, tune it to the needs of our market, and establishing a strong foundation for successfully pitching and selling our system to clients and investors.

Our plan is to sell or rent the system for events. This will enable business events to massively, swiftly and cost-effectively switch to renewable energy for their energy supply.
